👱‍♀️ Agnès and 🧔‍♂️ Pascal welcome you to their renovated family home, adapted to accommodate you.

Both originally from the Massif du Sancy, they will be able to advise you in order to make the most of your stay (weekend, short or long week) at their home in this privileged environment. (For longer stays, please contact us.)

The BALAD’OÙ (name derived from a Puy in the neighboring Massif de l’Adventif) is located close to all the amenities of the town of BOURBOULE, in full sun, on the southern slope of the glacial valley of the DORDOGNE.

You will have free private parking (3 spaces) plus a space for electric charging as well as a very comfortable living space in this house shared with them.

 They offer you:

• Two double rooms, with different atmospheres, equipped with connected TV (free WIFI), as well as a private bathroom:

               o The room here (90€): on the ground floor with large bathroom (WC, sink, shower and bathtub) 🛁

               o The room elsewhere (85€): upstairs with bathroom (sink, shower) and separate WC 🚽

               o Possibility of adding an extra bed 🛏 for a capacity increased, per room, of 3 people over 3 years old (1 double bed and 1 extra bed (25€)), stay and baby services offered (< 3 years old)

• A common room for breakfasts 🥐 included (homemade products), relaxation, reading, board games with internet (WIFI and RJ 45 wired) allowing teleworking. 🛜

• Each room has a private furnished outdoor space (table and chairs)

• A large terrace at the front with a 180° panoramic view of the valley. 🌄

• A large terraced garden with a view

• A parking space 🚘 offering the possibility (optional €2) of electrical connection ⚡️from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. (Green’up wall socket) the charging cable is provided free of charge
